POEMS Mobile - Order Status

Selecting this option enables you to check on the status of the orders you have submitted.
Step 1 Login to POEMS Mobile and select Order Status under the main menu.
Step 2 In the Order Status screen, you can select the following options to check the status of your orders:
  • Working                   - to check orders currently under process.
  • Processed                - to check orders processed for today.
  • Done Yesterday       - to check orders done the day before.

Select the option you want to continue.
Working Orders
All the orders under Working will be listed out. Select the order you want to view by clicking on the order number.
The status of your working orders can be as follows:
1) Rcvd   - Order Received
2) PW     - Pending Withdrawal
3) PDn    - Part Done

A working order can either be amended quantity or withdrawn. The Amend Qty & Withdraw options are displayed respectively.
Select Order Status to view other orders.
Orders Processed
In orders Processed, you can check your processed orders for the day.
The status of your processed orders can be as follows:
1) Dn      - Order Done
2) Rej     - Rejected
3) WD     - Withdrawn
4) WthP  - Withdrawn Partially

Select Order Status to view other orders.
Orders Done Yesterday
In orders Done Yesterday, you can see your yesterday's
orders which are done.
The status of your orders the day before can be as follows:
1) Dn   - Order Done

Select Order Status to view other orders.
